About the location:

What you will do

  • Provide support and clerical expertise to Human Resources Department and respond to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum employee satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, copying, scanning and answering telephones according to Four Seasons standards.
  • Assist with recruitment process including responding to applications and resumes, scheduling interviews, interviewing and on-boarding employees.
  • Maintain and update bulletin boards in service areas for sharing company information with all staff.
  • Complete all payroll records for payroll processing.
  • Assist with planning and execution of all employee relations events.

 

What you bring

  • Must have completed hospitality education in a reputed institute. Previous internship or full time experience in Human Resources will be added advantage.
  • Possesses outgoing personality, finesse and personal flair. Has creativity, good organizational and interpersonal skills.
