Job Mission: 

We are looking for a Luggage Porter with a service-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and a welcoming attitude. You will be one of the guest’s first impressions upon arrival and a key support throughout their stay, helping them enjoy an exceptional experience at our resort 

What will you have to do?

• Offer personalized attention, anticipating the needs and desires of guests.
• Advise on activities, gastronomy, culture and must-see places in the city.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth experience.
• Resolve incidents quickly, always seeking maximum guest satisfaction.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in customer service or concierge at luxury hotels
• Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor.
• High level of Spanish and English (other languages ​​are a plus).
• Focus on excellence and a passion for detail.
• Proactive, decisive attitude and with organizational skills.
