Receptionist

Job Description

A receptionist is the first point of our guest, responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, managing phone and email communications, and performing administrative tasks. They play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth office operations. The Receptionist is therefore the cornerstone of a highly personalized service that guarantees high quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in front office operation, ideally in a 5-star resort.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent in English and any additional language is an advantage.
  • A friendly, outgoing behavior, able to involve and support operation.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Has strong decision-making abilities and able to work in long hours.
