We are looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Front Office Team. Our Front Office is the heart of the hotel: where we welcome guests with a warm smile and provide a hospitality experience that goes beyond expectations. Whether it’s international travelers, business guests, or stranded passengers – you make the difference.

As a Receptionist, no day is ever the same. You are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure their stay runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• Checking guests in and out;
• Providing information and advice about hotel facilities and local attractions;
• Creating and managing reservationsl
• Handling phone calls and emails;
• Resolving complaints and questions with empathy and a smile;
• Supporting stranded passengers with extra care and attention.

Who are you?

• You speak fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• You have a hospitable, positive, and energetic personality
• You remain calm and friendly, even in busy or challenging situations
• You enjoy working in an international and dynamic hotel environment
• You are flexible and available to work evenings and weekends
