RESUME DU POSTE
Sous la responsabilité des Superviseurs Expérience Client. Premier contact du client, l’Ambassadeur Expérience Client est le garant du bon séjour des clients. Il accueille le client, lui fournit tous les renseignements sur les conditions du séjour, les formalités, les prix et les services de l’hôtel. Il assure la satisfaction des clients, suit leur arrivée, leur départ et transmet les informations utiles aux autres services.
