Acerca del rol: 

Verificar que todas las mercancías que ingresen al hotel se reciban y entreguen de forma correcta. Estar en continua comunicación con el usuario operador asignado a la zona franca permanente especial.

Lo que harás:

• Recibir y verificar mercancías según órdenes de compra, calidad, cantidad y caducidad.
• Registrar y archivar documentos de recepción, facturas y órdenes de compra.
• Mantener comunicación y coordinación con proveedores y áreas internas.
• Cumplir políticas, normas y controles de compras, seguridad e higiene.
• Apoyar en inventarios y control de existencias.
• Actualizar y conciliar información en sistemas electrónicos de compras e inventarios.
• Mantener limpia y segura el área de recepción de mercancías.
• Gestionar devoluciones y notas de crédito por productos rechazados o dañados.
• Verificar precios y discrepancias entre facturas y órdenes de compra.

Requisitos:

• Técnico o Tecnólogo en logística, gestión hotelera o servicios de hospitalidad, ingeniería industrial. Deseable formación en manipulación de alimentos o certificado vigente.
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares, deseable en la industria hotelera.
• Conocimientos en:

– Logística, almacenamiento e inventarios.

– Manejo de sistemas de gestión (ERP)

– Normas de higiene y seguridad.

– Control documentación logística. (H).

– Manejo de sistemas de gestión de inventarios.

– Normas de almacenamiento y rotación de productos.
