Regional Food & Beverage Director

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for food and beverage innovation? Hilton is seeking a Regional F&B Director to elevate the guest experience and drive commercial success across our managed hotels in the Southeast Mediterranean region. This role can be considered for a base in Istanbul, Barcelona as a first choice and Greece or Madrid as secondary.

You will also be responsible for delivering the EMEA F&B strategy within region across all brands. You will work with Hilton stakeholders and owner’s representatives on supporting hotel F&B openings within budget, agreed timescales and ensure both new and existing properties deliver against commercial performance, guest satisfaction metrics, brand, and legislative targets. You will need to represent the Southeast Mediterranean with external stakeholders such as owners, asset managers, contractors, and investors.

You will be required to support on key EMEA projects for example the Destination Venues programme, Breakfast Club and $10M Club to drive performance. A key part of the role will be landing Hilton agreed KPIs and the annual SVP Operations priorities within the existing managed hotels.

Reporting to the Senior Director of F&B Development, Openings & Operations – Continental Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of F&B across iconic destinations, delivering high-impact concepts, and supporting new hotel openings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Drive commercial F&B performance across both existing and pipeline managed hotels, ensuring delivery of high-quality, profitable, and innovative concepts.
• Support hotel openings in collaboration with Hilton stakeholders and owners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand and legislative standards.
• Deliver the EMEA F&B Strategy across all brands in the region, aligning with Hilton’s KPIs and annual SVP Operations priorities.
• Enhance guest experiences by supporting hotels in creating experiential, on-trend, and commercially successful F&B venues.
• Represent Hilton with external stakeholders including owners, asset managers, contractors, and investors, acting as a key regional ambassador.
• Lead and support key EMEA initiatives such as the Destination Venues Programme, Breakfast Club, and $10M Club to drive performance and innovation.
