Job Description

Supervise the daily operations of the Reservations team, ensuring accurate and efficient reservation handling while supporting revenue optimization, guest satisfaction, and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily reservation operations.
  • Process and monitor reservations across all booking channels.
  • Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping.
  • Handle guest concerns and support service recovery.
  • Coach and support the Reservations team.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in Hotel Reservations.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS or similar reservation systems.
  • Good English communication skills.
