Night Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Charlene Limited. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc.  The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment.  If you accept a position at this hotel, you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International, Inc.

• Oversee all hotel operations from 11 pm to 7:30 am
• Manage and motivate the night team to deliver exceptional service
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
• Conduct night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Implement and maintain safety and security protocols
• Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and effective inventory management
• Assist with staff training and development initiatives

• At least 1 year of experience as a Night Manager, Night Auditor, or Night Supervisor in a hotel setting
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure
• Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
