Le rôle
Au sein du service Sales & Marketing, vous assisterez la Revenue & Reservations Manager dans la gestion et l’optimisation des réservations et de la stratégie tarifaire. Ce stage vous permettra d’allier dimension commerciale (ventes & relation client) et dimension analytique (reporting & revenue management), au cœur d’un environnement hôtelier haut de gamme.
Vos missions
Etre le contact privilégié du service des ventes et des équipes opérationnelles en ce qui concerne la gestion des groupes avec pour fonctions principales :
Réservations & Relation Client
-Répondre aux demandes de réservation clients et agences (téléphone, emails, plateformes GDS, OTA).
-Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers (saisie des réservations, suivi des annulations tardives et no-shows, facturation des arrhes).
-Collecter les informations nécessaires pour garantir une expérience personnalisée et reconnaître/anticiper les attentes de la clientèle.
-Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les services opérationnels (Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping) pour assurer une parfaite coordination.
