Reservations Officet

  • Handle reservations by creating, updating, and confirming bookings, ensuring accuracy in guest profiles and reservation details.
  • Generate daily pick-up reports and manage incoming calls, messages, and call transfers efficiently.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure accurate and current information.
  • Manage travel agent and wholesaler communications for quotes and contracts.
  • Promote and upsell resort services and activities.
  • Participate in required meetings and training.
  • Follow and uphold LQA standards consistently.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.
  • Be polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the resort is represented.
  • Complete any other duty assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum one year or more of experience in a reservation-related role at a resort or hotel.
  • Excellent command over 4 skills of English.
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Familiar at creating reports, summaries and other documentation.
  • Must participate and successfully complete training and educational programs made available to Six Senses Resorts & Spas.
  • Advanced Microsoft software and Opera knowledge.
