Nous recherchons pour notre établissement parisien un(e) Responsable Adjoint(e) Room Service (H/F) expérimenté et qualifié.
Le/La candidat(e) doit être titulaire d’une autorisation de travail conforme à la législation française.
Un niveau courant de français et d’anglais est requis.
Poste basé à Paris.
Profil recherché
L’Assistant(e) Responsable Room Service assiste et seconde la Responsable du Room Service dans la gestion et l’encadrement quotidien du service, composé des Assistants de Direction, Superviseurs, Chefs de Rang, Demi-Chefs de Rang, Standardistes, Commis de Rang, Apprentis et Stagiaires.
Il/elle a pour mission d’encadrer l’équipe afin d’offrir un service d’excellence, conforme aux standards Four Seasons, à une clientèle haut de gamme, au sein du Four Seasons Hotel George V Paris, établissement d’exception comptant 244 chambres et suites.
Doté(e) d’une expertise confirmée en service et d’un excellent esprit d’équipe, l’Assistant(e) Responsable Room Service se distingue par une présentation soignée, de solides compétences relationnelles et un sens aigu de l’hospitalité, indispensables pour répondre aux attentes d’une clientèle prestigieuse.
