Qualifications

 

Essential ingredients:

  • Preferably experience in a similar supervisory role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays with focus on the evenings.
  • Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and overseeing the F&B team to ensure smooth service in the restaurant and bar.
  • Maintaining a high level of guest service and guest satisfaction
  • Ensuring all guests needs are met in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.
  • Training, coaching, and motivating team members to reach their potential
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene standards and brand standards.
  • Reporting operational issues and improvement suggestions to F&B management
  • Reviewing and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Resolving guest requests and handling any complaints.
  • Actively contributing to a positive and energetic work environment
