About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
About the role
The Nikkei Restaurant Chef is responsible for leading the kitchen team to deliver innovative, high-quality dishes that seamlessly blend Japanese techniques with Peruvian flavors, in line with the restaurant’s Nikkei culinary concept. This role involves menu creation, food preparation oversight, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. The Chef plays a key role in offering guests a unique, memorable, and culturally rich dining experience.

You will actively participate in employee relations programs and initiatives, ensuring an engaging and supportive work environment.
