This position will be working shifts as a Restaurant Host servicing guests in the hotel’s continued efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
What will I be doing?
A restaurant host is responsible for welcoming guests, taking to go orders, assist with inquiries, and escorting guests to their seats for dining. Provide service in a friendly, courteous, professional and timely manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Upsells additional items to enhance profitability. Enters orders into a computerized system and settles check(s) upon completion of order. Performs general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
The hourly rate is $25.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
* Willing to cross-train as a restaurant server (hourly rate is $20.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location)
