About the role
We are looking for a skillful Supervisor/Captain who can support daily operations with strong leadership on the floor, exceptional guest engagement, and advanced knowledge of wine, sake, and spirits at our iconic restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service and smooth service flow in a luxury omakase dining environment.
