About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.
About the role
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service standards, and creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will lead by example, guiding and motivating the team to consistently deliver excellence while fostering a positive and collaborative environment.
What you will do
– Oversee the general service in the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
– Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the service team, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.
– Assign and distribute tasks among the service staff to ensure smooth and organized workflow.
– Train and mentor the team on service techniques, menu knowledge, and operational protocols.
– Ensure high-level customer service, effectively handling any issues or complaints.
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure correct presentation and timely service of dishes.
– Ensure proper implementation of restaurant policies and procedures, maintaining an organized and safe work environment.
– Supervise the inventory of beverages, menus, and other necessary supplies for restaurant operations.
– Coordinate with management to develop strategies to improve service quality and guest satisfaction.
