About the job
As RB&E Manager at Mandarin Oriental Conservatorium, Amsterdam, you will lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our diverse RB&E venues, including our Ottolenghi restaurant, The Lounge, In-room dining, and Banqueting Operations.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences that attract both hotel guests and discerning local clientele. Leveraging your commercial acumen, market knowledge, and professional network, you will drive revenue growth, strengthen the hotel’s position within Amsterdam’s luxury dining scene, and cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders and influential guests.
As the ambassador and face of our dining venues, you will take a hands-on approach to leadership, inspiring your teams to consistently deliver service excellence while upholding the highest standards of quality, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, developing high-performing teams, enhancing the guest journey, and ensuring operational excellence across one of Amsterdam’s most distinguished luxury hospitality destinations.
