About the Role
As Cluster Hotel Revenue Manager, you’ll be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability across the cluster by leading pricing, inventory and demand strategies. You’ll combine market insight, performance analysis and forecasting to ensure each hotel is positioned to perform strongly within its segment, while also contributing to the overall commercial success of the cluster.
This is a highly collaborative role, working in close partnership with the General Managers of each property as well as Sales, Marketing and operational teams. You’ll stay connected to industry trends and translate insight into practical, data-led decisions that drive sustainable results.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll take ownership of revenue strategy across all four hotels, managing room rates, inventory and demand in line with market conditions and business objectives. You’ll oversee reservation management across a broad and varied clientele, handling complex booking scenarios and ensuring every opportunity to optimise revenue is realised.
You’ll regularly analyse market performance, competitor activity and historical data to inform forecasting and pricing decisions, while also developing optimisation models to support smarter inventory and rate strategies. Working closely with Sales and Marketing, you’ll help shape promotions and packages that drive demand and strengthen brand positioning.
Beyond pure revenue strategy, you’ll play an important role in auditing and reconciling financial and revenue reports, supporting budget delivery and contributing to digital channel performance. A key part of your impact will come through your ability to clearly communicate the local revenue action plan, helping teams understand not just what needs to be done, but why it matters to the wider business strategy.

You bring strong analytical capability, commercial curiosity and the confidence to influence at all levels.
