As our Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in creating an atmosphere of elegance and comfort throughout the hotel. From the moment our guests arrive, your care and attention ensure their experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Primary Responsibilities

• Cleaning and refresh allocated guest rooms, service areas and corridors to the highest standard.
• Carry out regular and special cleaning tasks with pride, care, and precision.
• Safeguard the security of hotel areas, equipment, and keys while always upholding health & safety standards.
• Replenish guest amenities and supplies to brand standards, tailored to each room type.
• Safeguard privacy and belongings at all times, delivering service that is discreet and exceptional.
• Take initiative to add thoughtful details that elevate the guest experience.
• Take ownership of our public spaces, keeping lobbies, restaurant, club lounge and conference areas beautifully presented.
• Maintain back-of-house areas and facilities to the same impeccable standards, ensuring a seamless experience for both guests and colleagues.

This role is Part Time (Minimum 8 hours per week) – Must hold full NZ working rights.
