Room Service Server

About the Role

The Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional quality and service to guests. In this position, you will curate expertly served dining and beverage experiences, anticipate guest needs with confidence, and serve as a knowledgeable guide on menu offerings. This role sits within the Department Name and reports directly to the Insert Hiring Manager.

What You Will Do

• Deliver an elevated and enjoyable dining experience with a focus on exceptional quality, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively; offer thoughtful suggestions; and respond promptly and effectively to any concerns or requests.
• Maintain service excellence by clearing, resetting, and preparing tables in accordance with established standards.
• Support seamless restaurant operations by assisting colleagues as needed to ensure consistent guest satisfaction.
• Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene guidelines to maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment.

What You Bring

• A warm, outgoing personality with a positive, can-do approach to all tasks.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of food, wine, and dining service standards.
• Previous experience within a luxury hotel or resort environment considered an asset.
