Four Seasons Hotel Seoul

The Four Seasons Hotel Seoul is looking for a Room Service Supervisor who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. We are looking for a candidate that is dedicated to creating personalized experiences and lasting memories for our guests. This position reports to the Restaurant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the service, and removal of food during operations by offering pre-determined menu selections to each tablentains knowledge of each selection’s, origin, taste, and preparation method
• Communicates guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen
• Checks completed kitchen orders with the guest’s original order
• Transports items to the guest’s room in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality and making self available to ensure satisfaction.
• Train, motivate, recommend discipline, and supervise the work of servers ensuring that that all cultural and core standards are met.
• Assist with administrative duties and preparing supply requisitions.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management
• Minimum three years food service or related work, previous supervisory or lead experience is preferred. Knowledge of food & beverage service, cost control, labor control, maintenance, merchandising, and accounting
• Ability to work with written and spoken English is preferred.

Visa Requirements

• Must already possess valid work authorization in South Korea.
