What You Will Do

• Oversee service of guest amenities to ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
• Ensure all in-room dining orders are delivered promptly, accurately, and presented to Four Seasons standards.
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special dietary needs.
• Maintain personalized, discreet, and attentive service to enhance guest experience.
• Supervise daily activities of Room Service staff including Order Takers, Servers, Assistant Servers and Minibar Attendants.
• Train and coach team members on Four Seasons service standards, etiquette, and upselling techniques.
• Prepare staff schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance.
• Ensure all equipment, trays, minibars, and service areas are clean, well-stocked, and maintained.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and front office for smooth operations.
