Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is a Forbes Five-Star winner for six consecutive years. With an idyllic location on Vietnam’s culturally rich central coast, the Resort offers a portal to three extraordinary UNESCO World Heritage sites (Imperial City of Hue, My Son Sanctuary and Hoi An) and a breezy respite on the country’s most celebrated beach. Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai is 35 hectares wide – Sun-dappled tropical gardens-featuring 4,500 coconut palm trees, bordering a one-kilometer stretch of Ha My Beach & 30 minutes drive from Danang Airport & 15 minutes from Hoi An

About the Role

As Rooms Division Manager for Four Seasons Hotel Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An, you will be a key member of Rooms, reporting directly to the Resort Manager. You will oversee the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services. With responsibility for both strategic leadership and day-to-day operations, you will ensure that every guest enjoys a personalised, seamless, and memorable stay while fostering a positive and high-performing culture for employees.

This role requires a seasoned operator with exceptional attention to detail, a deep understanding of luxury service, and proven experience managing high-profile guests and VIPs. You will also contribute to the broader hotel strategy, ensuring that the Rooms Division supports commercial success and the positioning of Four Seasons Resort The Nam Hai, Hoi An as one of the most prestigious destinations.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead Rooms Division Operations: Oversee daily performance of Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Guest Services ensuring Four Seasons service standards are consistently achieved.
  • Deliver Personalised Guest Experiences: Act as a visible presence in the hotel, handling VIP arrivals, repeat guests, and special requests with discretion, professionalism, and care.
  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Conduct daily inspections of Rooms Division areas, address guest feedback promptly, and lead the team in problem-solving to exceed expectations.
  • Drive Financial Performance: Manage departmental budgets, labour costs, and expenses, while maximising occupancy, rate, and revenue in collaboration with Reservations and Sales.
  • Support Talent Development: Recruit, coach, and mentor leaders and colleagues, fostering career growth and succession planning within the Rooms Division.
  • Uphold Service Standards: Ensure training programmes are in place so that teams consistently deliver the Four Seasons culture of care, attention to detail, and personalised service.
