What you will do

• • This is a cluster role for two of Four Seasons Hotels Dubai
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve assigned revenue growth for the assigned market and segment
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests, vendors, colleagues, and the global sales network.
  • Monitor sales production, analyse market data, and adjust sales strategies to meet planned goals.
  • Negotiate and secure group contracts, considering room availability, rates, and revenue objectives.
  • Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and networking opportunities to develop new and identify potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring retention and repeat business.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • To drive direct sales activities of the Hotel to achieve budgeted and assigned goals.
  • Monitor and identify current and future business trends to insure profitable sales in periods of low and high demand.
