As a member of the Conrad team, you are responsible for carrying out the following tasks with excellent performance in accordance with the department’s operations manual, including but not limited to:
- Preparing sales reports. 
- Welcoming and assisting clients. 
- Preparing groups for Turnover delivery. 
- Blocking meeting rooms for internal events in Delphi. 
- Being responsible for initiating the preparation of proposals and serving as the first point of contact to advise potential clients on hotel rooms, meeting spaces, and rate availability. 
- Assisting Sales Managers upon request with system updates (Delphi), as well as room and meeting space blocks. 
- Data entry using Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel. 
- Answering phone calls and assisting internal and external guests with their requests. 
- Attending weekly and monthly departmental sales meetings and other scheduled meetings to support business operations, such as group meetings as required. 
- Keeping the workspace clean and organized. 
- Assisting with special projects and assignments as directed by the Sales Management team. 
- Providing coverage for the department’s executive on-call duties.
