MOHG is seeking a Sales Systems & Revenue Enablement Administrator to act as the global point of contact for Salesforce/Delphi and related commercial sales platforms. This role ensures our sales systems do more than operate effectively: they enable better selling, stronger pipeline discipline, improved data quality, faster decision-making and measurable revenue growth across hotels and global sales offices. The individual will combine strong system administration capability with a commercial mindset, using CRM insights, automation, user adoption, training and process optimisation to help sales teams spend more time selling and make better decisions.
The role will support Delphi installations, ongoing platform maintenance, data governance, reporting, training and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Distribution, IT, Finance, hotel commercial teams and external vendors. The successful candidate will be passionate about enabling global best practices, improving CRM adoption, translating business needs into practical system solutions and embedding repeatable processes that improve sales effectiveness, revenue visibility and commercial performance
