Dans le cadre de notre saison 2026, nous recherchons un(e) Second de Pâtisserie (H/F) passionné(e), dynamique et créatif (ve) pour rejoindre notre formidable équipe de Pâtisserie.
Votre rôle :
Ambassadeur(rice) du savoir-faire et de l’excellence Four Seasons, vous participez activement à offrir une expérience de culinaire d’exception à nos clients.
Vous assistez notre chef pâtissier Pierre-Jean QUINONERO dans la coordination de la brigade ainsi que dans la supervision des différents services, dans les restaurants de l’hôtel.
Garantissant l’ensemble des activités des différentes parties, le tenant du poste garantit la parfaite exécution des recettes, menus, plats et préparations diverses ( banqueting … ) tels que codifiés en quantité/forme/qualité par les Chefs de Cuisine/pâtisserie et choisis par le client.

– Français courant exigé
– Bon niveau d’Anglais exigé
– Expérience significative en Hôtellerie 5* – Luxe
– Ponctuel(le), Motivé(e) et Réactif(ve)
– Excellente présentation
– Maîtrise des techniques de mise en place

– Formation hôtelière
