W Brisbane located at 81 N Quay, Brisbane City QLD 4000 is hiring a passionate Part Time Section Waiter to join our signature riverfront restaurant, The Lex.

The Lex channels the vibrant energy and sophistication of New York City, offering an intimate space for guests seeking unforgettable dining experiences. As a Section Waiter, you will be a key player in delivering our renowned “Whatever/Whenever” service, ensuring every guest enjoys the exceptional standards that define the W Hotel experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized service to guests, ensuring a warm, attentive, and engaging dining experience.
• Accurately take and process guest orders, accommodating special requests or dietary requirements with care and efficiency
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section, including timely clearing and resetting of tables.
• Possess thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and potential allergens, in order to confidently assist guests with recommendations and queries.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar, and service team members to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of service.
