The Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking for their next Senior Event Manager to join their team.
The hotel is neatly situated near Baltimore’s scenic Inner Harbor, and adjacent to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Directly linked to over a million additional square feet of space by covered pedestrian sky bridge to the Baltimore Convention Center. This property features 757 guestrooms and over 100,000 square feet of meeting space with their largest room being 26,712 square feet.
Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience as a hotel Event Manager, or at least one year experience as a Senior Event Manager in a midsize full-service hotel or larger. They should possess a sharp attention to detail, have a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to build strong relationships with both our internal team and valued clients. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences.
Pay Range: $80,000-$85,000 annually and will be aligned with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Shift Pattern: Typical office hours of 8:30AM – 5:00 PM with required flexibility to adjust schedules for early mornings or late evenings on all days based on assigned groups.
