As an Senior Manager Payroll & Labour Performance, you will be working mainly Monday to Friday, 39 hours a week from the office. However depending on business needs, occasionally on weekends so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Senior Manager, Payroll & Labour Performance, you will have proven experience leading payroll within the hospitality industry, ideally in a five-star hotel environment, with strong knowledge of UK payroll requirements and controls. You will bring strong commercial and analytical skills, with experience in labour cost management, budgeting, forecasting and productivity analysis, alongside excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills. Experience working with payroll and workforce systems such as ADP, Workday and OnTrack would be highly advantageous.
