The Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to join their team.
A beacon of modern luxury on Fort Lauderdale’s exclusive North Beach, the Conrad Fort Lauderdale features 290 all‑suite accommodations and 20,000 square feet of premier meeting space, designed for elevated stays and unforgettable events.
Our ideal candidate brings experience in full-service hotel group sales, ideally within a luxury or premium environment, and is a natural prospecting professional who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and developing new business opportunities. This role supports the Northeast Region sales market and manages all market segments. The successful candidate demonstrates strong performance across these segments and a solid understanding of the sales process, including actively sourcing new accounts, analyzing opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, securing group business, and confidently negotiating contracts. They bring sound judgment, strategic insight, and clear, professional communication skills when engaging with clients and contributing to decisions that influence group business strategy. This is an in-office role.
Shift Pattern: This role is primarily Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm with required ability to be flexible with their time to accommodate any client engagement events and site inspections.
Pay Rate: This is a hourly sales role. This position qualifies to be part of the Hilton Sales Incentive plan that is paid quarterly, based on achieved performance.
