DoubleTree by Hilton Alana – Waikiki Beach is looking for a Server (On Call). Located at the edge of Waikiki beach with the Royal Hawaiian Center, and Ala Moana Center within a mile. Shift Pattern: AM/PM varies: (5:15am-10:00am and/or 5:00pm-9:30pm) – including weekends and holidays

Pay Scale: $14.77 (tips additional)

Ideal candidate:

• In possession of or ability to obtain a TB Clearance Certificate.
• At least one year of food and beverage/restaurant server experience.

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
• Ensure knowledge of the menu and restaurant promotions and specials.
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in an appropriate point-of-sale system.
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service.
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations.
• Ensure the service station is always well-stocked.
