Responsabilidades
• Contribuir a nuestro entorno con una actitud positiva y amistosa
• Demostrar conocimiento en F & B
• Comunicarse con los miembros del equipo para asegurar el más alto nivel de servicio personalizado
• Llevar la selección de alimentos y bebidas a los huéspedes ofreciendo descripciones
interesantes y vívidas de cada artículo, el origen, el gusto y los métodos de preparación.
• Comunicar las órdenes de los huéspedes, incluyendo cualquier necesidad especial
o solicitudes a la cocina utilizando el sistema del hotel.
• Coordinar los tiempos de los alimentos.
• Revisar los pedidos de cocina completados con la orden original del huésped.
• Transportar los artículos a la mesa de huéspedes de manera oportuna para garantizar la calidad de los alimentos.
• Anticipar las necesidades de los huéspedes, determinar la satisfacción, ofrecer sugerencias y responder con urgencia y de manera apropiada a las inquietudes y solicitudes de los huéspedes.
• Cerrar correctamente y con precisión los cheques de los huéspedes.
