The stylish Hilton Motif Seattle is seeking a Server Assistant to join the team as we near the highly anticipated reopening of our signature venue, Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails.

With the reopening of Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails, the team is seeking a Server Assistant who is able to deliver a world class experience and make the stay for our guests!  The newly renovated restaurant will showcase a Pacific Northwest menu and refreshing craft cocktails.  Don’t miss out on your chance to be a part of a team that was ranked #1 on Great Places to Work! 

The ideal candidate will have the following: 

• A minimum of 6 months experience as a server assistant or busperson in a high volume or upscale restaurant (1+ year experience preferred) 

• The ability to work a varied schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays 

• Previous restaurant experience as a host, runner, busperson or server 

• Previous hotel experience is a huge plus! 

Shift Pattern: varies between breakfast, lunch and dinner service 

Pay Rate: $16.66/hour + applicable gratuities 

What will I be doing? 

As a Server Assistant, you would be responsible for setting and clearing dining tables and stocking service stations in the hotel’s continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
