The George is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Server Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you’re eager to assist our guests and be part of their Fairmont experience, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the servers in creating an outstanding dining experience for our guests by ensuring their needs are met promptly
• Set up and prepare dining areas, including arranging table settings and maintaining cleanliness and organization
• Welcome guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphere
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables efficiently to ensure smooth service flow
• Aid in the delivery of food and beverages to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with courtesy and professionalism
