Notre hôtel Novotel/Greet Paris 13 Porte d’Italie recherche un serveur (H/F), en CDI temps partiel.
Vous êtes le premier sourire de la journée pour nos clients et jouez un rôle clé dans leur expérience matinale.
En tant qu’ambassadeur(trice) de notre service petit-déjeuner, vous contribuez à offrir un moment chaleureux, attentionné et de qualité, fidèle à l’image de notre établissement.
Vos missions principales :
Accueillir chaleureusement les clients dès le matin et les accompagner dans leur expérience petit-déjeuner
Veiller à la mise en place, au réassort et à la bonne présentation du buffet
Conseiller les clients sur les produits proposés et répondre à leurs demandes avec bienveillance
Assurer un service en salle fluide, discret et attentionné
Contribuer au nettoyage et au rangement de la salle après le service
Appliquer rigoureusement les normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
