What you will do

• Manage the wine cellar and ensure proper storage and inventory of wine.
• Recommend wines to guests and pair them with menu items.
• Train colleagues on wine service and knowledge.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop wine and food pairings.
• Manage wine orders and inventory to meet the needs of the restaurant.
• Host wine tastings and events to promote the restaurant’s wine program.

What you will bring
