Recognized as a Michelin Guide Texas Recommended restaurant for 2024, Signature has become one of San Antonio’s most exquisite and elevated dining experiences. The menu is straightforward and beguiling, featuring contemporary interpretations of classic dishes, fresher, brighter versions of traditional cuisine enlivened with unconventional Texas spirit.
Manages and oversees wine service and programs. and recommends proper wines to complement meals. Maintains daily inventory and restocks wines and supplies. Aids service team members. Ensures cleanliness and appearance of all wine accessories. Merchandises and promotes wines.
