At Meliá Hotels International we are looking for a Sous Chef for our Hotel MiM Mallorca, Meliá Collection , a new opening in the coastal area of ​​S’Illot.

 

Job Mission: To support the Head Chef in all aspects of the department to achieve the objectives set by the company, from controlling the HACCP Quality program, managing the human team and maintaining a positive work environment, maintaining customer satisfaction levels, as well as controlling department costs.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in 4* or 5* hotels.
  • Training related to the vacant position.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team, development and commitment of talent.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
  • HACCP domain.
