The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is searching for a talented Sous Chef to help lead their culinary team at Point Royal!
The ideal candidate is a highly creative, driven culinary professional with 3–5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume kitchen; hotel experience is required and union environment experience is preferred.
They will manage a team of 16 and report to the Chef de Cuisine. Strong skills in team development, mentoring, scheduling, ordering, inventory, and cost control are essential, along with expertise in food safety, sanitation, line checks, prep lists, and menu development. Excellent communication across teams and a passion for food, creativity, and excellence are key. Prior Sous Chef experience is preferred.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time/ Full availability is needed including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
