JOB DESCRIPTION
The DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Boston – Cambridge, an iconic property overlooking the Charles River, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their culinary team! This hotel offers a seasonal rooftop restaurant, live music at Scullers Jazz Club, and event space. It’s only a half mile from Harvard Business School, one mile from Harvard Square, and less than two miles from Boston University and MIT!
This position reports to the executive chef and will oversee 3-6 union team members working out of one kitchen that supports multiple hotel outlets.
The ideal candidate for the role will possess 1-3 years hotel outlet or full-service restaurant culinary leadership experience. It would be considered an asset to have previous banquet, union and/or multi-outlet experience!
