The Role of the Sous Chef Bakery:
We currently have an opportunity for a talented and creative Sous Chef Bakery to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
As a Sous Chef Bakery, you are responsible for production (kneading, shaping, baking) and the quality of bread and pastries. You supervise the team, manages stocks, ensures compliance with hygiene standards (HACCP) and replace the head baker in his absence.
