Sous Chef, Tournant

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is searching for a talented Sous Chef, Tournant to lead their culinary team! This culinary professional will primarily support our elevated sports bar, Nest on Four.

Signia by Hilton Atlanta is a 976-room milestone property with over 140,000 sq. ft. in banquet space and 8 unique F&B outlets!

The ideal candidate will be a highly creative culinary professional with a deep passion for food, at least one year of culinary leadership experience, a natural talent for mentoring and training, and exceptional leadership and communication skills. Experience in high-volume operations is essential, and a background in luxury hotels is strongly preferred.

Shift Pattern: Full Time/ Full availability is required to work AM and PM shifts depending on business demands

What will l be doing?

Assists Executive Chef in overall responsibility for activities of cooks and other personnel involved in preparing, cooking and presenting food in accordance with quality standards, productivity standards, cost controls, and forecast needs. Monitors team performance, product quality and production flow. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Trains, supervises, schedules and assists in evaluating staff. #LI-AR2
