The Spa Director will lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the Spa & Wellness division at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience that reflects the brand’s commitment to personal luxury and bespoke service. This role requires an inspirational leader who can curate innovative wellness offerings, manage a diverse team, drive revenue, and uphold the highest operational and service standards.
Oversee the daily operations of the spa, wellness facilities, and related amenities, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence.
Ensure all treatments, services, and facilities reflect Waldorf Astoria brand standards and guest expectations.
Maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance in all spa areas.
Monitor inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and maintain a service culture that delivers personalized and anticipatory guest experiences.
Create unique wellness programs and seasonal offerings tailored to guest profiles and emerging industry trends.
Handle guest feedback promptly and effectively, turning potential service recovery situations into opportunities to exceed expectations.
Recruit, train, and develop a world-class spa and wellness team, fostering a positive work culture and continuous learning environment.
