About the role
At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Spa Receptionist Intern who will welcome guests and deal with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing. This position will schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the Spa schedule.
What you will do
Make reservations for facial and body treatments and organize therapists’ appointments accordingly.
