Join the Spa team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane! We are looking for a passionate and experiences Spa Supervisor to join our talented team.

The role:

As Spa Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of our Spa. You will oversee a team of Spa Receptionists, Attendants, and Therapists, ensuring seamless service, operational excellence, and a warm, welcoming environment for every guest.

What you will do:

• Supervise and support the Spa team across reception, therapy, and attendant functions
• Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction
• Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example
• Collaborate with the Spa Manager to implement procedures and drive continuous improvement
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care

What you bring:

• Previous supervisory experience in a luxury Spa environment is essential
• Background in either Spa reception or therapy (ideally both)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering memorable guest experiences
• Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
• The right to work in the UK
