About the location:

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. Marking a new chapter for comprehensive wellness tourism, Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 keys comprising of rooms and suites, as well as villas with their own private pools, and 26 branded residential villas, all thoughtfully designed to offer breathtaking bay and sea views. The resort will include a luxury spa nestled within its garden of tranquility and inspiration featuring a sculptured waterfall. The Organic Spa Garden will be a focal point and treatment experience set to stimulate the senses, offering extensive therapeutic remedies including halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin therapies. For fitness enthusiasts, the property will offer a bespoke collaboration with fitness trainer Harley Pasternak to seamlessly merge high-performance training with the limitless potential of Triple Bay’s 300 hectares (741 acres) of untouched hills, wadis, and beaches. About the Role

As a Steward, you play an essential part in the smooth operation of our culinary team. You will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in all kitchen and back-of-house areas. Your attention to detail and commitment to teamwork ensure that every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience.

What You Will Do

• Clean, sanitize, and store all kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishes according to company standards.
• Ensure all kitchen and service areas are kept organized, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Support the culinary team by maintaining the proper supply of clean tools and equipment.
• Handle and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines as per HACCP and company policy.
• Assist in waste management, recycling, and stock rotation.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.

What You Bring

• A passion for service and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous experience in a stewarding or cleaning role within hospitality is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and understanding of basic English (additional languages are a plus).
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
