About the location:

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.

 

 

Acerca del puesto

El Steward brinda apoyo a los departamentos de Alimentos y Bebidas en la prestación de un servicio galardonado, mediante una atención meticulosa al detalle y garantizando el más alto nivel de limpieza. Este puesto forma parte del departamento de Alimentos y Bebidas y reporta directamente al Chef Ejecutivo.

Responsabilidades

  • Limpiar y desinfectar la vajilla, cristalería y cubertería utilizando la máquina lavavajillas.

  • Mantener la higiene y limpieza de todos los equipos principales de cocina, así como de las instalaciones culinarias y de alimentos y bebidas.

  • Limpiar y desinfectar ollas, sartenes y utensilios de cocina.

  • Ejecutar y mantener el programa de pulido de la cubertería.

  • Utilizar y manipular productos y químicos de limpieza de manera segura.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Título de educación secundaria o experiencia equivalente, con sólidos conocimientos de normas de higiene y funcionamiento de cocinas.
