About the role:

The Steward is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. The Steward ensures the cleanliness of Food & Beverage cutlery, plates, and glassware. We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for guest service! The Steward supports our Food and Beverage outlets in providing award-winning service through attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of cleanliness. This role is part of the Stewarding and Food and Beverage department.  Candidates must have solid personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and learn the Sequence of Service is required.

What you will do:

Clean and sanitize chine, glass, and silver using a dish machine

· Maintaining the sanitation of all major kitchen equipment, culinary and food and beverage facilities

· Clean and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils

· Maintaining the silver polishing program

· Utilizing and handling cleaning supplies and chemicals in a safe manner

· Run the day-to-day operation of assigned station in the kitchen.

· Maintain cleanliness of back of the house Food & Beverage areas, including silverware, cutlery, glassware, etc…
